RETURNS & DELIVERY
Thank you for purchasing from Gatopard. If you wish to return your item(s), we will accept your return within 14 days of purchase for a merchandise credit. Returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted.
Please note that laundered or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items, custom orders, including monogramming, are not eligible for returns or exchange and are final sale.
Gatopard, LLC. is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
